Pitt homemade signs

MSW student Kaeleigh Karetas and her father make these Pitt-themed signs. Email Krk105@pitt.edu for more information.

MSW student Zora Borde-Perry is a 19-year-old African American college student majoring in social work. "I am the author of "Reflections in Rhythm", a music guided journal designed to guide individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and self-love through introspection and the power of music. Each page pairs a song with 3 thought-provoking prompts, encouraging the reader to explore their emotions, confront their shadows, and celebrate their unique journey. I’ve done this with artists like Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott, Beyoncé, Solange, Doechii, Kendrick, Ari Lennox, Mereba,  Kali Uchis and Tyler the Creator . In total there are 60 songs and 180 prompts to choose from. This journal provides a safe space for reflection and growth, helping readers uncover their truths and nurture their inner world. With a focus on self-care and emotional wellness, it is an empowering tool for those looking to reconnect with themselves." Buy on Amazon.
