Associate Professor Jeff Shook was interviewed by WOSU, an NPR station in Ohio, about the fact that children bound over to adult court are a third more likely to re-offend than children who commit similar offenses but are kept in juvenile court. Ohio is among the majority of states where the law requires mandatory bindover for certain crimes. Listen here.
