Liz Winter has been elected to serve a three year term on the Steering Committee of the Team-Based Learning™ Collaborative as the Member-at-Large for Higher Education. Winter has been a Certified TBL Consultant since 2014 and has worked with the Child Welfare Resource Center since 2018 in the design and implementation of flipped classroom, active learning TBL curricula statewide for all incoming public child welfare workers.
