The University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business is partnering with the SSW and the Homewood Children's Village on new sustainability projects. By winter or spring of 2015, they expect to open a commercial greenhouse where the electrical equipment — lighting, pumps, and ventilation — will be run on locally generated power.
