Gov. Wolf hopes to increase Pa. minimum wage to $12 by 2021, and $15 by 2027. The Pittsburgh Wage Study has interviewed hundreds of hospital workers who are earning wages below $12.50 an hour, between $12.50-15 an hour, between $15-18 an hour, and above $18 an hour.
