Associate Professor Sara Goodkind is part of a three-person Editor-in-Chief team at Affilia, the feminist social work journal. Their first editorial, "Pandemics, Protests, and Feminist Politics of Resistance," just appeared in the February 2021 issue. It speaks to the current moment and their hope and vision for Affilia to be a forum for social workers to engage in critical dialogue as they collectively "attempt to emerge and recover from the pandemic, regroup from continual assaults on basic human rights, and address ongoing structural racism and its intersections with renewed energy and urgency."
