CRSP Team Presents Solutions to Racial and Social Inequality at South Africa Conference

Earlier this month, our CRSP team (Dr. Kyaien Conner, Ron Idoko, Milencia Saintus and Daniel Abusuampeh) traveled to Cape Town, South Africa for the Sixth World Conference on Remedies to Racial and Social Inequality. This impactful conference convened academic, policy, and community leaders from South Africa, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe to share their insights and experience battling inequality with a goal to formulate practical and innovative solutions to eliminating racial and social inequality.

The CRSP team's presentation titled "Racial Equity Consciousness Institute (RECI): Illuminating the Vaccine for Racism" showcased the important work RECI is doing to advance racial equity through innovative research, education, community engagement and more. PhD student Daniel Abusuampeh also talked about the African Tribe Bridge Institute which he founded to help advance tribal unity, address biases and foster empathy. CRSP is excited to continue advancing our mission on a global scale.
