2025 AAPI Mental Health Symposium Call for Presenters

The Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Symposium serves as an open platform to foster interdisciplinary dialogues and promote the mental health and well-being of AAPI communities. The symposium aims to build alliances, partnerships, synergy, and actionable strategies among DEI advocates and community members.
The inaugural symposium, held in March 2024, covered a variety of topics critical to the AAPI community, including:

  • Racialized trauma and its impact on mental health
  • Local advocacy initiatives and community resources for AAPI populations
  • Navigating cross-cultural identities and addressing mental health stigma
  • Integrating DEI leadership into community practice

15-minute oral presentations
Hybrid format
In-person participation is encouraged but not required.
Travel for the conference is not provided.
