Child Welfare Education ProgramsThe Child Welfare Education for Baccalaureates (CWEB) program provides support to senior social work majors enrolled in 14 Pennsylvania schools of social work.  The Child Welfare Education for Leadership (CWEL) program provides support to current county child welfare employees enrolled in 12 graduate social work programs located in Pennsylvania.
